TMS PTSA Founders Day Honoree 2012

2012_Ellis-CouncilWinnerCONGRATULATIONS!

UPDATE: MARCH 20, 2012:  TMS' own SUZANNE ELLIS was recognized as one of three district-wide award winners at the Temecula Valley Council of PTAs' Founders Day Celebration held at Gardner Middle School on March 19th.

In celebration of Founders Day, PTA's 115th birthday, TMS PTSA recognized MRS. SUZANNE ELLIS as our Founders' Day recipient and presented her with the Honorary Service Award for recognition of outstanding service to children and youth. Mrs. Ellis epitomizes what our PTA founders established in 1897, when they understood the power of individual action -- the idea to improve the lives and futures of all our children. Mrs. Ellis has been an unsung hero to our students and their families. Just to name a few, she has organized fundraisers for a student with a rare disorder, provided assistance to students in difficult times, organized staff donations for holiday food baskets at Thanksgiving, and requested donations for students who were in need of eyeglasses. Through her caring manner and kindness, she has touched many of our students, their families, and our community.  Congratulations and Thank You!
