VOLUNTEER with TMS PTSA

TVUSD REQUIREMENTS FOR ADULT VOLUNTEERS

The Temecula Valley Unified School District values the many contributions our volunteers make to our school district each year.  If you would like to volunteer at Temecula Middle School, please complete the following 3-step volunteer process:

  • Megan's Law Background Check Form
You must have a current Megan's Law Background Check on file with the school site where you are volunteering. You are only required to complete the form once, you do not need to complete a form each school year.
  • Volunteer Code of Conduct
You must have a current Volunteer Code of Conduct on file at each school site where you volunteer.
  • TB Test
You must have current TB test results on file with the school site offices where you volunteer. TVUSD offers volunteer TB Test Clinics.  Please see their our 2012/13 TB Test Clinic Schedule. Pease Note: At all TVUSD Employee/Volunteer TB Test Clinics, TVUSD Employees will be given priority status. Thank you for your understanding. Volunteers are welcome to get tested for TB at their personal physicians or other community clinics. Test results are good for 4 years.

When you have completed the 3 steps, please bring copies of the completed paperwork above and your TB test results to the TMS Front Office.

Thank you for the time you commit to our schools and our students for their achievement and success!
