Dear 8th Grade Parents of Temecula Middle School:
Are you interested in a UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE for your child? This educational adventure will truly be a memorable experience, which will take participants to our Nation's Capitol and nearby historical areas!
This letter is to inform you of our annual 8th Grade Trip to WASHINGTON D.C., PHILADELPHIA and NEW YORK! This is a wonderful learning opportunity that literally makes history “come alive” for the students, while providing an experience they will never forget.
The dates for our trip will be the week of June 9, 2013.
The itinerary is a 6 day / 5 night all inclusive tour that includes the following: Round-trip airfare (baggage fees included), full time deluxe motor coach for touring, full time USA Tour Director/Licensed Guide, quality hotel accommodations, three well-balanced meals per day while on tour, all admissions, taxes and gratuities, private overnight security on duty at your hotel, memorable group photo and T-shirt, accident and health insurance while on tour, 24-hour emergency toll free number while on tour, and services of USA Student Travel in planning your excursion.
Our tour will be coordinated by USA Student Travel, a California based company, which has been packaging student trips of all types since 1976.
There will be an informational and sign-up meeting with a representative from USA Student Travel on September 19, 2012, at 5:45 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. The meeting will cover everything included in the tour, how to sign-up and answer any questions you may have. This trip has a history of selling out early, so I urge you to attend if you are interested.
